500 & still going strong!
Caterham Rotary Club’s Peter Georgiades has quite the running legacy! He has just completed his 500th Park Run at the old Croydon Airport.
His grandson Christian aged 8 ran with Peter on his first Park Run at Banstead Woods in 2010 and now aged 21 he came to support his grandfather achieve his 500th Run although he couldn’t take part this time due to a knee injury.
Peter is a member of South London Harriers and having run at 42 different Park Run venues including The Isle of Wight, Eastbourne and Norfolk has demonstrated his dedication to the sport and his commitment to staying active.
