The successful winners of this year’s  Caterham Rotary Charity Golf Day  (Left to right Richard Lawrence, Simon Ward, Danny Allen and Chris Dent.) seen here  making good use of their prizes as they relax after a hard day on the course!!

Second prize went to The Ballistics and Third prize went to Peach Melba.

Once again we had glorious weather for our annual golf day which this year was held at Bletchingley Golf Club on Friday the 8th June. Despite a reduce number of players, due to various factors beyond our control, 60 keen and enthusiastic golfers were on parade raising a total of £3765.00.  £500.00 was given to both Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and Blood Runners (SERV). with the balance going into our  charity account to be used for local needs. We were very fortunate to have one of the volunteers from SERV to receive the cheque and inform us about their day to day workings.  For more information on SERV please click on this link www.servssl.org.uk/

Our thanks go to all the people who helped on the day and before to make this a most successful charity golf day.  So please join us again next year  on Monday  3rd June 2019 to raise even more money for charitable causes.
