Rod Stead is a Caterham Rotarian His talk is called  Power to the People – Keeping the Lights on in Pakistan

Rod Stead describes the project of Oracle Coalfields plc, where he is a director, to build a 600 MW power plant in the Thar Desert based on local coal production. This project is expected to reach a final investment decision in the near future. The project will be built by the Shangdung Electric Power Construction Corporation, a Chinese state-owned company, with support from Chinese financial institutions.
