The 17th Annual Caterham Rotary Bunny Fun Run took place on Sunday the 29th of March in Queens Park Caterham in ideal weather conditions, with mild temperatures and occasional sunshine

The event attracted just over 400 participants, including both adults and children, who took part in 1K and 5K runs promoting health and fitness. In the 5K race the first male home was Harrison Hayman with a time of 15:47, while Vivienne Loynes was the first female finisher with a time of 20:24

In the 1K run first male over the line was Toby Lee-Smith 03:31 followed by first female Aluna Ramsier 04:01 A pre-race warm-up was led by Emily Watson, owner of local fitness and wellbeing company, Jollily.

From entry fees and sponsorship with some outstanding expenses to be settled the amount raised is in the region of £2000. The event was praised for its inclusivity and community spirit, with one participant describing it as a “brilliant” and improving event each year and expressing gratitude to the volunteers.
